Cancellation policy
You joined easily. You can leave just as easily. No dark patterns, no hidden steps, no phone calls, no "are you sure?" mazes.
How to cancel
Sign in, open Account → Manage billing, and click Cancel subscription. That's it. Your cancellation is recorded in the billing portal. Check the cancellation status and access end date there.

No card is required to start your 30-day trial. If you do not subscribe, paid-feature access ends when the trial expires and no membership charge is created. If you subscribe, review the charge date in checkout: with more than 48 hours remaining, billing is deferred to trial end; during the final 48 hours checkout currently may charge immediately. Cancel in the billing portal before a scheduled charge to stop future billing.
If you've already paid
You keep full access for the rest of your paid billing period. When it ends, your subscription simply stops renewing.
We do not issue refunds or prorated refunds for the current month. In exchange, you get the entire remainder of the period you paid for — no rushed cutoff, no lockout.
Billing dates
Trial and marketing reminder automations are off. Check your trial date in Brook and your subscription charge dates in Manage billing rather than relying on a reminder email.
